We usually deliver our courses in the South West - on the limestone of South Devon and Avon, the moorland granite of Dartmoor and Bodmin, and of course on the sea-cliffs around the whole West Country.
Prices include all safety equipment and instruction.
Accommodation is not included, however we may be able to help arrange this if required.

Intro to sport climbing
Sport climbing provides an opportunity to test your limits on real rock, focusing purely on your climbing performance. This workshop aims to provide you with everything you need to enjoy fantastic bolted routes in the UK and abroad.

Intro to trad climbing
Trad climbing is the most adventurous way to explore the vertical world. Join a Climb Cornwall instructor to explore the fundamentals of traditional climbing. This workshop aims to provide you with all you need to second traditional routes and prepare you to become a trad climber!

Learn to build belays
Setting up rope systems allows us to climb routes without leading, an excellent opportunity to take part in the excitement of climbing without the additional complexities and risks of leading. This workshop aims to provide you with everything you need to rig top- and bottom-rope systems at traditional crags.

Leading at your limit
Pushing your grade, particularly on traditional routes, can be a challenge. This workshop explores the technical, tactical and psychological aspects of head-pointing and pushing your grade on lead.

Problem solving & rescue
Spend a day with a Climb Cornwall instructor looking at what can go wrong and what to do if it does happen. Of course, prevention the best cure, so we will also look at how to avoid problems in the first place.

Sea-cliff skills
Feel the spray, taste the salt, hear the crash of the waves. Sea-cliffs are certainly an exhilarating environment, but one that comes with some additional challenges for climbers. This workshop is a great opportunity to fine tune your techniques and pick up some top tips from an experienced Climb Cornwall instructor.

The mountains in the UK offer some fantastic climbing, but getting lost, benighted, or falling off on the way back down are rarely listed as people’s favourite experiences.
